I'm Jonas, a landscape and aerial photographer originally from Germany, currently residing in Ireland. My photography journey is fueled by an insatiable desire to explore remote and untouched corners of the world. I have a profound appreciation for minimal and expressive compositions, and I'm always on the lookout for atmospheric conditions and unique snapshots that convey a sense of freedom and vision.

My wanderlust has taken me to live in five different countries recently, allowing me to immerse myself in diverse cultures, landscapes, and connect with people from all walks of life. This nomadic lifestyle has not only enriched my photography but has also broadened my horizons, infusing my work with a global perspective.

I find my creative muse primarily in the serene landscapes of Scandinavia, where the raw, untamed beauty of the north never ceases to inspire me. However, my creative passion extends to the vibrant nature and wildlife of tropical paradises. Among the many places I've had the privilege to explore, Namibia and Norway hold a special place in my heart. Namibia's surreal landscapes and Norway's dramatic fjords and ethereal light have provided the canvas for some of my most memorable and evocative captures.
